Selection of Nepali team for ACC T-20 World Cup selection round


Kathmandu - Nepali team has been selected for the ICC T20 World Cup Asia Final-2014 in Singapore. The selection committee led by ICC representative Aminul Islam has selected the National Cricket Team.


The team will be team captain Paras Khadka and Deputy Superintendent Gyanendra Malla. Other players include Avinash Bohara, Basant Regmi, Vinod Bhandari, Dipendra Singh Ari, Karan KC, Lalitnarayan Rajbanshi, Pawan Saraf, Pradeep Aryi, Rohit Kumar Poudel, Sandip Lamichhane, Sharad Visakhwakar, Sompal Kami. As an alternative player, skilled Bharttal, Jitendra Kumar Mukhia, Sushan Heavy, Mohammad Arif Sheikh will remain in the team.
Nepalese team will participate in the sport in Singapore by July 20-28. The Nepalese team will play two T-20 games in Malaysia with preparation for refresher in Malaysia on July 13 and 14.
