Singapore defeated by Nepal


Kathmandu- Nepal defeated Singapore by defeating 'A' group in the ACC-U-East zone (Eastern Region) competition.

Nepal defeated Singapore by 217 runs in the final match in the Kanharara Oval Cricket Ground in Kuala Lumpura, Malaysia, and entered the semifinals as the group 'A' winner. Defeated Singapore has also joined the semifinals of the group 'A'.

The group 'A' has Singapore and China, including Nepal. Nepal had defeated China and Singapore even in the first match of this match. China, who played two games, was defeated by the loss of both the games. Nepal became the first batsman to score a total of 326 runs at the loss of four wickets, playing completely fixed 50 overs. Reet Gautam contributed to 115 runs for Nepal.

He scored one six and 10 fours while playing a 37-run unbeaten 115 runs. Similarly, when Kumar Bohara contributed 90 runs, Kushal Malla added unbeaten 51 and Pawan Saraf 45 runs. The winning champion team will be selected for the upcoming U-Asia Asia Cup scheduled for the next August / September in Sri Lanka.
